CANCELLATION
Our customers can cancel their orders without stating any reason before we deliver it to courier company and will get full refund if it is paid by online payment. For payments done with bank transfer or Western Union the refund costs will be paid by customers. If order will be cancelled after it is delivered to courier company, the terms of return and refund procedures will be applied. The right of withdrawal or cancellation does not apply if you have to leave your address while your order is on the way and if your order does not reach your special or event days. There can be delays on deliveries caused by cargo companies, deliveries are not fully under our control.

Courier & Delivery Issues
We refund or repeat orders free of charge if the shipment is scattered or damaged during transportation or it is lost or it is not delivered. If the packaging of the cargo is broken and the quality of the product breaks down during transportation, customers can request the compensation of the order. In compensation for the product, you can refund the same amount as the price of the product or you can ask to resent same product again for free. But you must inform pjsturk.com at the day of receiving the cargo and sent photos/cargo damage report and prove the situation.
Product Issues
If you have a complaint about the products you have purchased, you can apply to pjsturk.com within 14 day from the day you receive the cargo. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition of receival. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Before returning the item getting contact with pjsturk.com by email or whatsapp is a must. The return delivery cost will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once return parcel is received and inspected, a notification will be sent to customer. If returned item is unused and at the same same condition of receival return will be approved, then refund will be processed.
Out of Stock Items
In some cases an items being sold online can be out of stock physically, because of mistakes on inventory data. In this case, the customer will be given the option to choose a different item or ask for a full refund.
Refund Value
There can be price changes, sales and promotions periods. pjstruk.com is responsible from the amount paid by customer. Prices changes during return and refund does not affect the amount will be paid.
